OUR HISTORY
A family hotel restaurant
My wife and I fell under the spell of the Ritter'hoft in July 2000, this beautiful Alsatian building from the 17th century which in its interior courtyard houses a charming little hotel with 16 rooms as well as a restaurant with 80 seats, without forget our two sunny terraces.
This establishment is for us a point of convergence between the love of the profession and the desire to please you. We therefore regularly undertake work in order to best meet your expectations and thus maintain our working tool in a good state of cleanliness and safety.
Our objective being always to move forward, we managed to have the third star in 2017.
Today we are fortunate to have three sons, two of whom have followed the path of the hotel and catering industry, they are currently studying at Ferrandi Paris, a prestigious school in the capital.
The Ritter'Hoft hotel restaurant , enjoys a peaceful location in the center of the village of Morsbronn-les-Bains.
In a family atmosphere, we offer to welcome you in a friendly and warm setting.
Restaurant is open every day from March to January, for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
At night, you can leave your bicycle or motorbike in a closed garage.
Our two best apprentices in France
After the victory of our son Nicolas Letzelter in the competition for the best apprentice in France in 2019, it is with great pride that we congratulate his twin brother, Jérémie Letzelter in turn for his victory in the competition for the best apprentice in France 2020, in the field of tableware.
Congratulations to you too, champion!!
Beautiful professional careers are on the horizon for both of them, two best apprentices in France in the family, it's only happiness for us and a ray of sunshine in this gloomy period for our profession.

OUR ROOMS
The Ritter'Hoft hotel has 16 comfortable rooms, completely renovated in winter 2022.
All the rooms at the Ritter'Hoft hotel-restaurant are soberly decorated and have a private bathroom, a walk-in shower with hairdryer, a flat-screen TV, a a telephone with a direct line and free wifi access.
The rooms are accessible by elevator.
