The thermal water of Morsbronn les Bains comes from 2 natural springs discovered in 1904 during drilling carried out to update the oil deposits present in the region: the source "Les Cuirassiers" at 38.9°C, drawn at 400m deep and the "Saint Arbogast" source at 41.9°C drawn from 670 meters.
